We are delighted that you have found your way to our website. Parapar (পারাপার) is Bengali and means something like „crossing“ or „a journey from shore to shore“. As socially committed (young) people from both shores - Germany and Bangladesh - we primarily support children and young people in 9 different social projects in and around Mymensingh. Besides the financial support and mutual learning, we find that exchange and community between the two cultures are important to us. Just like a sailing boat that sails from shore to shore, taking different people with it.
